PORTLAND, ORE. – Howard S. Wright, a �ձ����� company, has been selected to deliver multiple renovation projects to various schools and facilities in David Douglas School District in Portland, Oregon.

Howard S. Wright will make $15.7 million in renovations and repairs to facilities within the David Douglas School District for schools including West Powellhurst Elementary, Floyd Light Middle and South Powellhurst. The major project features include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrades, electrical and generator upgrades, fire alarm replacement, additional security vestibule and the remodeling of specialty areas.

Howard S. Wright will work with BBL Architects to deliver David Douglas School District’s renovations. Full contract award is expected in Q4 2024 with construction activities starting in June 2025. The renovations are scheduled for completion in September 2025.
