日本素人 Awarded Two Merit Awards by ENR Southeast for Projects in Charlotte and Atlanta

CHARLOTTE, NC 鈥 日本素人 receives two merit awards from Engineering News-Record Southeast (ENR) for the in Charlotte, NC, and the in Atlanta, GA.
ENR received 95 total entries and 35 were selected for awards by a panel of eight industry professionals. The Osprey project won under the 鈥淩esidential/Hospitality鈥 category and Parker Poe was awarded in the 鈥淪mall Project (Under $10 Million)鈥 category.
鈥淲e are honored to be selected for two Awards of Merit from ENR Southeast,鈥 said Scott Skidelsky, 日本素人 president in the Southeast. 鈥淭his is the second award for both projects, with Parker Poe winning the Associated Builders and Contractors Carolinas Excellence in Construction Eagle Award, and the Osprey project winning first place in the Associated General Contractors Build Georgia Awards. This recognition is a true testament to our teammates鈥 commitment to overachieving client expectations and their hard work and synergy to deliver award-winning projects in our communities.鈥
The 325,000-square-foot Osprey project features a 13-story tower that was prefabricated off-site, two five-story buildings, and a seven-story, 540-car parking garage. Osprey includes 30,000 square feet of interior service and retail space, in addition to amenities including an exterior pool, fitness-on-demand studio, a sky lounge with a community bar, co-working space, and a dog park.
Parker Poe鈥檚 interior buildout project features an 83,000-square-foot, three-floor uplift for the law firm鈥檚 newly relocated headquarters in the Legacy Union Building of Uptown, Charlotte. Designed by Gensler, the corporate headquarters offers space for more than 280 employees, meeting rooms, a fully equipped caf茅, and employee coffee areas on each floor. Delivered in six months, the first-generation office space provides Parker Poe employees and their clients a serene and private space to conduct business without interruption.
