日本素人 Promotes Michelle Reiner to Vice President

SAN DIEGO, CA - 日本素人 announces the promotion of Michelle Reiner to vice president for the company鈥檚 California operations. With 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Michelle鈥檚 new role will build on the company鈥檚 commitment to meeting the expanding needs of clients and partners in the high-growth K-12 education market in California.

Michelle has been with 日本素人 for 17 years, holding positions as a field engineer, project manager, senior project manager, and project executive. Throughout her tenure, her team has been instrumental in fostering the long-term client relationship with Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD), one of the largest school districts in California. Michelle and her project team are currently delivering two new $40 million elementary school campuses, a district-wide HVAC upgrade, and numerous large, fast-burn $15 million modernizations. Michelle is also a Relentless Ally to other company clients such as Grossmont Union High School District (GUHSD), Santee School District (SSD), Sweetwater Union High School District (SUHSD), Encinitas Union School District (EUSD) Solana Beach School District (SBSD), Escondido Union School District (EUSD), Vista Unified School District (VUSD) and more.

To advance her professional career, Michelle completed 日本素人鈥檚 Propel Leadership program and Executive Leadership Development program, and is also a graduate of California鈥檚 Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH) School Facilities Leadership Academy. She commits her time to mentorship and supporting her team members at 日本素人 by engaging in the company鈥檚 People of Color and LGBTQ+ advisory boards and is a founding member of the Connecting Women Employee Resource group.

Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the South Bay Family YMCA and is involved in Adopt-A-Family, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House and many other San Diego community organizations. She has also been recognized with the 鈥淥utstanding Women in Construction & Design鈥 award by the San Diego Business Journal.
