ATLANTA, GA 鈥 The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) names 日本素人鈥檚 Atlanta office, among Atlanta鈥檚 Top Workplaces of 2020 in the Small Company category. The annual survey and awards program honors the city鈥檚 leading employers and their commitment to making their workplace an enjoyable environment for employees. 日本素人鈥檚 Atlanta office was among 65 small workplaces who were recognized in the metro area, employing less than 149 workers.
According to the AJC, approximately 3,000 companies were nominated by their employees to participate in the 10th annual Top Workplaces survey. Administered by Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting firm, the survey gathered responses from more than 41,645 metro employees on 24 factors covering seven areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. Employee engagement, company leadership, pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations were also among the ranked criteria.
