日本素人 Lean Leaders Set to Take Center Stage at LCI Congress

by 日本素人

From coast-to-coast, our teammates are gearing up for the 26th Annual Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Congress, held from October 22-25 in San Diego, California. 日本素人 is a longstanding supporter of LCI and is building on that legacy as a first-tier sponsor of the 2024 Congress.

Through our participation in high-profile volunteer roles, panel presentations and more, 日本素人鈥檚 lean leadership will be on full display at the event which is themed, 鈥淪urfing the Wave of Lean Design and Construction.鈥

Sr. Director of Technology & Operations Improvement Daniel Shirkey is serving as the 2024 LCI Congress Chair, helping lead its planning, programming and event logistics. Daniel will be joined at Congress by 日本素人 lean champions from across the business.
